Stacey Shepherd

CEO & Director

I’m Stacey, and I’ve spent over 23 years in social care, working across residential, domiciliary, and supported living services.

After seeing how many people struggle to access the right support, I founded It’s All In One Place to provide a flexible, high-quality alternative to traditional care.

Born and raised in Nottinghamshire, I’ve dedicated my career to improving services and helping people stay independent, connected, and supported in a way that truly works for them.

Now, through It’s All In One Place, I’m ensuring that older adults, younger adults and families have the support they need - without the stress or high costs of traditional care.

David Shepherd

Content Specialist & Director

I’m David, and my journey into social care started after years in manufacturing, where quality control, process, and great customer service were key. In 2022, I had the opportunity to apply these skills in a new way - coordinating training for social care staff and ensuring they had the knowledge to provide the best support.

Now, at It’s All In One Place, I’m passionate about making sure everything we provide - from client resources to community support - is top quality, accessible, and genuinely helpful. I’m always looking for new ways we can do more, give more, and support more people, making a real difference in both social care and the local community.

I’m Shelly, with experience in social care and business development, I've run my own domiciliary care company in Spain and as a parent of a child with additional needs, I understand the challenges families face in finding the right support.

At It’s All In One Place, I use my local knowledge of Derby and Derbyshire to connect people with flexible, community-driven support. I’m passionate about ensuring day services, outreach, and companionship truly meet the needs of individuals and their families - offering the right support, at the right time, in the right way.

Charlotte Storey

Community & Client Coordinator

I’m Charlotte , born and raised in Newark, with a background in hospitality and business. I’ve spent my career working with people, understanding their needs, and ensuring great service - skills that I now bring to It’s All In One Place.

I’ve seen first hand the impact of good care and support, having experienced my own mother living in a care home before she sadly passed away. My daughter also works in care, so looking after others runs in the family. I’m passionate about making sure local people get the right support in a way that works for them.

I know Newark and the surrounding areas inside out, and I’m here to ensure our services are accessible, welcoming, and connected to the local community.
